Job Title: Communication Officer

Terms of Employment: Full time, 1 year contract.

Work Location: Jakarta (during the pandemic during pandemic the candidate will work remotely/teleworking from home)

Reporting to: Communication and Advocacy Coordinator

Pulih Foundation is a not-for-profit professional organization established in 2002 with a vision to attain a prosperous and resilient society through psychosocial empowerment which upholds human dignity and rights. We positioned ourselves as a national centre for psychosocial services to promote mental health as well as the prevention and intervention of violence, including gender-based violence – a result of gender inequality – also in the context of disasters and conflict.

Under the guidance of the Communication and Advocacy Coordinator, the Communication Officer will support the implementation of the communication strategy. The candidate will also work in coordination with Yayasan Pulih interns as well as other division at Yayasan Pulih.

Task and Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the content of Yayasan Pulih’s website and dissemination of information through social media platforms. The communication officer will specifically be tasked to:
    1. Maintain Yayasan Pulih’s website and social media calendar and content plans, including regular review of existing content and commissioning new content.
    2. Prepare social media packs for events, initiatives, and campaigns.
    3. Along with Yayasan Pulih’s interns, actively engage with online audiences through social media channels.
    4. Generate and analyse reports on web traffic and KPIs using analytics channels.
  2. Contribute to the development of the promotion and media strategy to raise Yayasan Pulih profile. The communication officer will specifically be tasked to:
    1. Plan events according to requirements, target audience and objectives, arrange interviews and compile press kits, create post-event evaluation to inform future events if any.
    2. Plan and analyse activity in social media that could engage with Yayasan Pulih’s audience.
    3. Analyse media monitoring to assess the effectiveness of media strategies and inform future proactive and reactive research outreach.
    4. Analyse content dissemination and adjust implementation strategy to the existing campaign theme from certain program with the main theme of Yayasan Pulih’s content.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in visual communication design, media/communication studies, journalism, public relations, or any other related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
  2. Working experience in non-government organisation (NGO) will be an advantage, or having interest working in NGO.
  3. Having interest in topics of gender equality, humanities, and mental health. Having experience working in related field of issues will be and advantage.
  4. Having good communication skills and able to work in a team setting or individual setting.
  5. Advanced written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  6. Experience skills in graphic design, layout, creation of infographics.
  7. Experience skills in content analysis and social media planning.
  8. Proficiency in using any creative design application including Canva.
  9. Experience in producing copy across all media or promoting on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc).

2. Psikolog Associate

Yayasan Pulih telah berdiri sejak tahun 2002 dengan memberikan pelayanan psikologis berperspektif psikososial terutama dalam isu-isu kemanusiaan. Yayasan Pulih sarat dengan kasus-kasus yang  bernuansa kekerasan berbasis gender (KBG) baik pada individu dewasa maupun anak, stress pasca trauma, serta isu kesehatan mental lainnya. Bentuk layanan psikologis yang diberikan di Yayasan Pulih dengan memberikan konseling, pendampingan, dan pemeriksaan psikologis kepada klien-klien dari beragam usia dan latar belakang sosial ekonomi serta berbagai permasalahan psikologis.  Terkait adanya kebutuhan yang meningkat dalam melakukan pelayanan psikologis terhadap para klien,  kami ingin mengajak rekan-rekan Psikolog Klinis Anak dan Dewasa bergabung sebagai Associate Psychologist / Psikolog Rekanan di Yayasan Pulih untuk berkontribusi membantu proses pemulihan para klien yang mempercayakan pelayanan psikologisnya di Yayasan Pulih.

Persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi :

  1. Sudah mengikuti program pendidikan profesi atau program magister profesi (S1profesi psikologi atau S2 profesi psikologi)
  2. Memiliki SIPP aktif atau sedang proses bagi lulusan baru
  3. Bertempat tinggal di wilayah JaBoDeTaBek
  4. Bersedia mengikuti proses orientasi dan masa supervisi selama 3 bulan (selama masa pandemi masih dilakukan secara online)
  5. Bersedia bekerja secara sukarela (volunteerism based)
  6. Memiliki minat dan pemahaman dasar terhadap isu-isu kemanusiaan terutama isu kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak.
  7. Bersedia menerima dan mempelajari kasus-kasus yang terkait kekerasan, trauma, dan isu-isu lain terkait kemanusiaan.
  8. Bersedia secara aktif berkontribusi dalam pengembangan diri dan juga Lembaga
  9. Bersedia mengikuti kebijakan Yayasan Pulih terkait perlindungan anak dan PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse)
  10. Terbuka terhadap penggunaan beberapa alternatif metode konseling secara online yang disesuaikan kebutuhan klien
